[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨导乐陪伴分娩护理模式在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果。 方法 选取 2017 年 12 月至 2023 年 8 月于临沂市中心医院产科分娩的 60 例产妇作为研究对象，安保顺家政13825404095采用抽签法分为干预组与对照组，每组 各 30 例。对照组采用常规护理，干预组采用导乐陪伴分娩护理。比较两组自然分娩率、产程、心理状态评分、 护理总满意率。 结果 与对照组比较，干预组的产程更短，护理后的心理状态评分更低，自然分娩率与护理总 满意率更高（P < 0.05）。 结论 导乐陪伴分娩护理应用于产妇护理中的效果较好，可缩短产程，改善心理状 态，提高自然分娩率与护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of Doula accompanying delivery nursing model in natural delivery. Methods A total of 60 cases of puerpera admitted to the Department of Obstetrics, Linyi Central Hospital from December 2017 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into the intervention group and the control group by drawing lot, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the intervention group received Doula accompanying delivery nursing. The natural delivery rate, labor process, psychological state score, and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the labor process in the intervention group was shorter, the score of psychological state after nursing was lower, the rate of natural delivery and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Doula accompanied delivery nursing in maternal care is better, which can shorten the labor process, improve psychological state, and increase the rate of natural delivery and nursing satisfaction.
